Staff responsible for CPD. All staff go through induction before working with young people covering management, organisation, communication, conduct, confidentiality, and roles. Mandatory training includes Safeguarding, First Aid, Infection Control, Fire Safety, COSHH, Equality &amp; Diversity, Epilepsy, Challenging Behaviour, and Health &amp; Safety. Staff complete Care Certificate training within four months of probationary period.
